Good Feet insoles have changed my life. I live with significantly less pain and am more productive at work. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for Tom at the Shilo location, you will be glad you did.

Brandice was very helpful. Not only did she take the time to explain the system as we were fitting, she listened intently to every comment I was making. She even took time to help put on the shoes since I was having trouble bending that day. She was pure joy and customer service was quite obvious. She wasn't just after a sale, she truly made me feel that I was important. That is a quality that is so often missing in today's society and I did appreciate it. I had heard about this and had looked the product up. I stopped by the store not intending to buy. But after the service I received I felt I would really love the product also. So far I really enjoy the product.

Branice was so knowledgeable and she could see how nervous I was but she made my visit to the Good Feet experience a Great Feet phenomenon. I am so glad I met her to educate me about taking care of the pain in my heel and feet are loving these arch supports. Branice you are the best! Thank you!

Thank you Tom,

Very nice and not pushy like a salesperson. Really felt like they just wanted to help me and not just sell me something. The supports are life changing. So much relief finally. Thank you good feet.

I was sold every level without knowing I could pass on them and after a week now I can't even walk.

I feel bad because I have been in for assistance more than a few times and every time I say that I will review and every time I forget. Tom has helped me 3 or 4 times now and he /the store always deserve 5/5 stars. My good feet store insoles have a lifetime warranty and they mean it. I am a morbidly obese man who is surprisingly otherwise quite healthy... I work a very physical job at Lowe's on my feet on concrete and destroy my maintainers (the middle of ther 3 levels) about annually. Every year Tom is happy to replace them with no receipt just a signature. He usually suggests their exercisers (their tallest most corrective). I know their exercisers are nearly indestructible but aren't for me. He understands and doesn't push for more money from me.

I know they are expensive all at once... BUT consider how much you spend every month when you destroy and replace your department store one size fits most insoles and know that you will buy these once and enjoy them forever.
