Please fire Becky and replace her with someone who knows how to speak to people if not politely, at least in a calm manner. Decent streets would be nice, too, with the amount of lot rent we pay.
we dont know why anyone has anything bad to say we have been there for some time now and becky addresses us in a very professional manner and we all have issues and we all have home responsibility so in my book if we our slacking she is doing her job to identify and correct what we should be doing . we love the area and in my book they have a great office staff . wouldnt want anyone else.

I have lived in Valley View Estates for a few years now. I'm currently moving due to better job opportunities else where. I have enjoyed my stay here in Valley View. Its clean, friendly, and close distance to all the shopping centers and schools. Plus there is a quaint little park for the kids to play. The manager, Becky, as well as the other workers such as Randy, and the handy men have been really good to us. Anytime we have had a problem they were always helpful. Rather it be the loud neighbor that use to live across from us (which has moved out now), plumbing issues, or selling our place, they were there to help us. The key here to a great relationship with the Valley View Estates/Boatman team is "Respect." My family and I will miss them and our dollhouse of a mobile home. Thank you all for all you have done for us.
My In-laws just moved there. Very quiet. Nice & helpful neighbors. Landscaped very nicely
