Corporate needs to supply sales force with more tools to work with. EX, more computers to simplify sales and avoid marching thru entire to find available unit.
Got a full living room set, bed set and mattress for only $85 a month! My wife got everything she wanted and I got the mattress I wanted. Plus the warranty is incredible so you don't have to worry about the furniture. Trey and Leonard were both awesome and hooked us up with the deal we wanted with no downpayment and no interest! I definitely recommend this store!
Selection was great. I was able to stay within my budget. Denise took very good care of me. She listened to what I wanted and showed me things I wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to my unique situation.
My wife and I began looking for furniture at Ashley and they set the bar extremely high. Both customer service and product quality were impeccable. Trey talked us through many options regarding quality, choices, and pricing. Maria was very professional and kind at the back counter during the check out process!
Salesperson was friendly, techniques from the manager we're a bit high pressure and at the end they didn't care about what I wanted as much as making a sale. Selection is nice, prices are good. Here is the biggest issue: waiting to get the furniture. I had picked out what I wanted and could arrange my own pickup to expedite things, but the items I wanted wouldn't be available for about a month. I needed them ASAP due to my personal circumstance. I even called back in after I left (whomever I spoke with was quite rude) to see if there was anything I could do to make it work. Nope. Will never step foot in this store again. I would recommend Kloss Furniture down the road to anyone reading this. Got what I wanted, cheaper than at Ashley, and it will be at my house tomorrow.
