I'm sure service could be better if they had more help we had been in the store with our old system up on the counter and the employee kept helping other customers. We planned on trading in and getting Xbox one and many other games. However he helped customers on other smaller sales while making us wait.

I don't know the guy's name, but when I went to buy a game here, they tried to sneak in their GameStop Warranty right as I swiped my card. I just barely noticed it and had him go back and take it off. Other than that bit of sketchiness, this place was alright; just be sure to double check that you aren't getting a warranty you didn't want or ask for.
